Grayson Consulting LLC was started because we see a great need for consulting on earthwork and utility projects. Unfortunately, we live in a day and age where everything is cut and paste on the owner's drawings. Many times, we find incomplete plans and incomplete earthwork quantities that cost the owners and the developers tremendous amounts of money. This engineering debacle leaves the general contractor and his subcontractors "redlining" their drawings just to make the site work, usually at the subcontractor's expense.
